Dr. Arthur Johnson
Dr. Arthur Johnson received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from the University of Michigan in 1993. After completing a General residency Program at John Hopkins Hospital and ID fellowship at Bronx – Lebanon Hospital, he attended the University of Pennsylvania of Medicine where he earned his Medical Degree (M.D.) in 1998.
Dr. Johnson has been practicing in Southern California since 2001 and he currently maintains hospital affiliation at Mission Hospital and Sharp Memorial Hospital. He is an active member of the California Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is also a Diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Johnson’s scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery includes dentoalveolar surgery, intravenous sedation/general anesthesia, dental implants and jaw/ bone grafting/reconstruction, obstructive sleep apnea, oral pathology, trauma, as well as Botox for facial wrinkles and other conditions.
Dr. Johnson’s believes in a teamwork approach to patient care. His staff is also to answer any questions regarding treatment and financial options.
Dr. Johnson has a strong faith and has started a non–profit organization – Rebuilding Smiles – dedicated to treating patients with special needs, substance abuse histories, and our Veteran population. He enjoys reading, Mountain Bike Riding, Skiing and Snowboarding.
